This product-stage notice explains the controls implemented in the current RetailSetu application. It requires legal review before public launch.

Website enquiries

We collect the contact, company, role, city and business context you submit so we can assess and respond to your request. Consent time, source page and a 180-day review date are recorded.

Marketplace operations

Account, organisation, KYC, transaction, shelf evidence, payment evidence and audit data are separated by role and organisation. Administrative access is restricted and sensitive files use private storage controls.

Choices and requests

You may ask to correct or delete enquiry information by contacting the RetailSetu operations team. Statutory, fraud-prevention or contractual retention may override deletion where legally required.

Before production

Confirm the legal entity, privacy contact, processor list, lawful bases, state-specific obligations, incident process and final retention schedule with qualified counsel.
