RetailSetu coordinates verified shelf-commerce workflows and records evidence. Commercial terms, title to goods, taxes, product compliance and local fulfilment responsibilities must be agreed for each transaction.

Participant duties

Participants must provide accurate identity information, use authorised data, keep credentials secure, honour accepted quantities and timelines, and avoid misleading evidence or off-platform misuse.

Disputes and evidence

Workflow history may support review but does not replace legal documentation. Escalation, refund, liability, jurisdiction and arbitration clauses require business and legal approval.
